Success!

I finally got into that ESOL specialist certification program! They are only waiving two of the six classes, but whatever. I'll be crazy busy this year, but I'll be done with all my certification classes FOREVER by June.

Apparently the office there had three days of training outside the office this week, and when I called them again this morning, they were not initially helpful. I bugged them a lot though, and finally the woman in charge of the decisions emailed me. I almost lost my mind at first because her first question was about something that had already been discussed. I had to remind her of what happened. However, I finally persevered!

I met with the second member of my dissertation committee today. She seems cool.

I've felt kind of anxious and restless this evening though.
