I had a nice Korean BBQ lunch today with my new friend M. Then, we went clothes shopping at Forman Mills. I spend $70 there, haha. Good deals though. I got a $15 pair of sneakers to keep in my classroom. I heard my lead at work talking about the benefits of keeping an extra pair of shoes in my classroom. She said she stepped in shit (in the staff bathroom) her first year teaching. Yikes.

My last Secondary Ed. certification class and my dissertation advisement I class start Monday. Whew. It's the end of Week 2 of my ESOL specialist certification class, and I'm on the fourth week of work. I was trying to get ahead before Monday. I have a big assignment in the fourth week, so I'll try to do that tomorrow since it's Sunday.

The first week of school I only had about half the students, and it was a little chaotic...no worries though. There was a student who got jumped Thursday apparently, though. I think some students got into trouble there. Crazy times.
